Little Dell Reservoir Ice Conditions

Any reports on Little Dell Reservoir? I've fished it from the shore a few times and did well but never iced it.

I drove by it Sunday just to take a look. There was a group of about 6 closer to the south end of the reservoir and a tent about the middle. Both were close to the west shore. Ice looked much better the further south you were, several grey spots on the north end. Lots of snow and a heck of a hike to the water with gear but some of that snow may have melted this week. Let us know if you go.

I fished there yesterday. Had the lake to myself , got fried and what a beautiful day it was.
Fished north of boat ramp and ice is between 8" and 12".
That is one difficult reservoir to fish.......especially without meal maggots.
Ended up with 3 after 7 hours of fishing and no lunch
Had to stop at the pie for some pizza and a barley pop!
