I saw where Mantua Chief of Police got a DUI. I know there was a lot of stink about tickets given for parking and other things at Mantua Reservoir. Did some karma occur or is it a different cop?

This was the Chief of Mantua. Barney is the chief of nothing....seeing the pictures he is much younger than Barney.
