Carp time

Fished Lincoln today and only caught a half dozen cats... pretty slow. Decided to take out our frustration on the carp so loaded up my crew and headed for the flooded fields south of Lincoln. Lots of carp. Boys and the old man had a good shoot. Plenty of fresh bait for a few days and a years supply of frozen carp.

Not much carp activity on the lake or along the shore... water temp was about 56 degrees. When the sun hit the flooded fields the carp were everywhere. Fun shoot.
