We decided to hit the lake around 7:30 Friday evening. Left out of the damn and headed to our first spot, a normal transition path for fishing moving on/off the spawning areas. Quickly lost one, before I caught our first fish of the day, a healthy 3 pounder that had already swallowed 2 hooks, which I was able to help with. Moving out of the area I think caught our biggest fish of the night, a 4.7 on a creature bait in approximately 12 fow. We then moved down to some rock banks as it got dark and proceeded to catch 13 more fish in a little under 3 hours. Most caught on craw bait/creature baits. Beautiful night once the wind died, even though our bite died along with it.
