Snowpack causing later spawn seasons?

With all of the colder weather and late snow we have received this year, will this cause the spawning seasons to be pushed back by a few weeks for fish that are triggered by water temperatures? Seems like we have an unusually high snowpack this year and will this cause all the cycles to be pushed back a bit as it will take longer for the snow to melt and the lake temperatures to rise?
