Rough day at Deer Creek 5/30/19

I hope Deer Creek treated you all better today than it treated me.
Used up the first three hours looking for walleyes, which I failed at.
Then caught one bow while still fishing and one bow on a shallow long line with a KCT Dodger and a chartreuse spinner/squid.
Very comfortable fishing day though.
Quit fishing at 1pm.

I too struck out on a walleye quest from the tube this morning. I caught brown trout and brown bass. I worked rainbow bay. I will probably try the Charleston end in the morning. Keep chasing the eyes.

Figured that it might be on the cold side there so we are heading to Willard this weekend to see if anything will want to play.

My friend got one wiper and missed a few bites last weekend so hopefully a few days of warm weather will get them to wake up.
