4 walleye fillets

1 egg, beaten

1 cup crushed cornflakes

Oil

Salt

Pepper

Dip fillets in egg. Press walleye into cornflakes. Heat oil in skillet; fry fish in hot oil until golden brown. Salt and pepper to taste
