Just joined mainly because a member here has a thunderjet and I’m about to purchase one, and wanted to possibly pick his brain a little. But will definitely stay for fishing tips and stories! I mainly fish for trout and walleye, trolling for both preferably.

Yes please! I’m on the east coast and not around a lot of the NW style welded boats. Is there a specific sub forum where a post asking the questions I want to ask would be appropriate? Thanks!

No, there isn't a certain board that would help with that question. There are a bunch of members on the site that have boats like Thunderjet, like a Weldscraft or Ducksworth but other than Dubob, Tjet and Reelfast both have Thunderjets, here is a link to those two member's profile page, you can send them a private message from their profile:

I think reelfast has had his boat the longest and he does have those suspension seats you were asking about and stern rails but his riggers are mounted on his rails in the back, no tracks.
