Deer Creek to day
#1
got tired of catching cuts as strawberry so went to DC.

at deer creek first off we got in to the big rainbows about 10 that were 18 to 20 "
and one brown 19 "

was in water that was 65 feet deep downriggers down 30 feet

they stopped biting so move to water that was 35 to 45 feet deep
then started catching the little planters sometimes would catch one that was 16"
the fish were down 30 feet to up on top.

ran out of worms at 11 am by then I think we had caught over 50 fish.

using a lot of green stuff some dodgers. speed was 1.3 to 2 MPH.

They just have the small metal wedge deck available. I was up yesterday with a friend and caught some smallies in deep water. We weren't chasing trout, but anything else that wanted to play was okay.
