[font "Comic Sans MS"][#800000][size 3]I got a first hand report yesterday that Rockport still has some open water as of yesterday. Echo is fully capped and people were fishing on the ice yesterday. My friend walked out on the ice and talked with some of the folks fishing and the ice as far as he went was about 3" of clear ice.
