Looks frozen from the dam south to the ramp, then who knows. Snow-capped to the ramp, which makes it looks less dicey. No tracks by the highway pull-outs, tho there were some holes drilled in that NW corner of the dam. Drove over to Echo and was thinking of putting on, but decided to save my energy for Mantua tomorrow.
