What is the best fish finder for $400
#1
This is one of the fish finders I was looking at but someone said that I could not add maps to it and I would have to create my own.

Does anyone use this one?

Look at the Garmin Striker 5cv bundle or the Garmin Echomap 63 bundle. I use the striker 4 on both my boats and I also have the ice fishing bundle. Striker 4 has GPS but not the ability to add maps. I want to upgrade to Striker 5cv this spring.

Garmin 5 plus is nice. Now iin the bundle will come with boat transducer. You can use it for ice fishing it will work but I would get the ice transducer for it

I would 100% get the Humminbird Helix5. You can buy the Ice Helix5 and then convert it to fit your pontoon. My brother has one on his boat and loves it. I have one for ice and absolutely love it. I have nothing bad to say about it.

Another vote for the Helix 5. I just picked one up. It's the ice model. It's amazing. Love it.
