Strawberry Shore Fishing 11/29
#1
A buddy and I got to Strawberry a little before 6 am to a chilly 15 degrees. The bay we fished had a ring of ice around it about 6' out, but thanks to some deweeding we did the previous weekend  we had a open section of shore to pull in and release fish. We had poles in the water by 6:15 and fished until about 4. Fishing was pretty consistent with a few dead spots throughout the day, the longest being about an hour without a bite.  I ended up landing 24 and my buddy with 27, with both of having about as many mssed hook sets.  This is the third time in the last four weeks him and I have fished Strawberry and all have been 50+ fish days between the two of us. Hoping for one more round before its time to pull out the ice gear.

Great to hear of the good fishing, almost better to hear of the ice.
