The UDWR webpage says that as of 12/19 the lake is capped with 1 - 2" of ice. No report on fishing.

Be careful on Red Fleet as ice shifts and I've seen beaver activity keeping water open some years and it's also filling. If it was 2" last week it's likely around 4" now as cold as we've been.
