Fished 22.5’ FOW. Hit and miss marking fish. Found some perch finally but I could only get bites on a plain hook rig with wax worm or a silver and blue kastmaster. I tried a lot of other jigs but no luck.
40+ perch
7 that were 10-11”
20 were 7-9”
Rest were small and three were really really little.
Some rainbows today too. So that was nice. On the kastmaster as well.
Ramp has broken up ice chunks to about mid shin water depth. Plank on right side heading up makes for a solid crossing though.
I guess it could get some slush as I saw some spots with standing water????
Really nice day when wind wasn’t blowing and all in all a fun day compared to my recent outings.
