Anyone have an update on the ice at Scofield, particularly Madsen Bay. Last report I've heard was from a week ago and it was reported at 3 inches. Anyone go there this last weekend?

Went Saturday Madsen Bay. Perfect conditions. 8" good ice. Couple inches of snow on top. Ran the snow dog out to get away from the crowds. Fished in 12FOW. 90% of fish caught were 6-feet down. Lost a bunch but 22 on the deck in 6 hours of fishing. Mostly Cutts but 15% bows. All nice fish. Smallest was 14" Largest was 21". No wind. Beautiful sunny day.

That's good news and good to read the cutts are starting to get some size to them.
