Deer Creek today
#1
Beautiful day all day long.  No wind at all.
Water temp. on finder today said 34.5 degrees.
Was 13 degrees when I launched.  Got to 32 when we left.
It was non stop catching for my son and I.  Nothing really of size, largest being 18".
I think there were 4 boats on the water including us.
Lot of the lake had a skin of ice.  I pulled up to the ice sheet and asked my son to get out and see if it was thick enough to stand on. He didn't take me up on the offer  (CHICKEN)
When we left at 2 a bunch of it had melted.  I am thinking if there is no wind 2 more days and it will be capped. We launched at the main state park.

Brrrrrr, sounds cold to me. But sounds like a fun fishing trip though.
