Well, all you need is about a 12 million BTW heater on the front of your boat and you could troll....really slow

Can't wait for the soft water boat fishing. I put in my application for long term camp at Strawberry this morning. With all the snow I decided to start June 1st. Hopefully we will see ice off before that.

Same here. I keep a path to the boat shed plowed out just in case I get a wild hair to go where there was is some open water.

Yeah I've been keeping an eye on Wayne's forum waiting for a stretch of warm steady weather to come along.

Really looking forward to my annual run to Sand Hollow - if the Doc says I can. I have back surgery scheduled for mid-month, and I'm thinking I might not be allowed to drive that far, or even fish until mid-summer.

Last year I missed all of spring fishing. E Canyon at first ice off to rid the cabin cobwebs. From there Jordanelle, not sure of the Gorge this year, missed out last year. A few trips to Strawberry and a couple to Fontenelle. Not sure of where for fall fishing-TBD

I know how pesky they can be, having had 3 of them, they do ruin fishing seasons. Remember walk, walk, walk. |
