I've heard about these new lures called AA's. Is AA an abbreviation for a lure company. Cause i've never seen any in stores. So if you can direct me to a site where i can get some of these AA's i would appreciate it greatly.

That is the right sight for the AAs. Most of your sporting goods should carry those. They do have them at Wallmart. Try checking www.Tackledirect.com first. They are a sponsor of this site and give really good deals.

Hey there kansasfisher89,
The AA's (pronounced as 'double AA's') are plastics, specifically swimbaits i.e. little fishies. The major characteristics of the AA's is that they are usually no larger then 5 inches (usually about 3) and have a high degree of translucence.
The spotted bay bass here in California love them as well as some species of surf perch.
They sell some special lead heads that they claim make their swimbaits act better too. Fact is... their lead heads sell a tad better then the plastics if empty pegs on a rack tell you anything!
