Felt like January and fished like late March.  It was cold this morning and at noon when we left it was up to 18. Fished at the Island only had one bite and only a few came across the finder. Edges were solid. A few inches of powder snow on top of a couple inches of slush.  The ice has been quiet on all of our trips this year? Plenty of parking spaces.
We didn't see any snowmobiles or tracks so I wonder about it being legal to use them.

Same here we left early after a few marks but no bites we did see one quad. Ice conditions were good lots of people out did see a few fish on the ice but seemed slow for everyone.
