For anyone interested, as of a few days ago, Upper Enterprise Reservoir is completely iced over except for 40-60 yards around where the creek comes in. Wish I knew if it was safe ice but I don't. I was thinking if it stayed cold, it would for sure be good by now, but the southwest has been warmer the second half of this week. Didn't look like anyone had been out on the ice.

Thanks for the report, I'm sure this warmer weather isn't doing it any good.
