Open Water Deer Creek

Hey guys there's a nice big open spot on Deer Creek, north and east of the Island, I am planning on breaking out the tube and paddling out to the river and see what I can catch Sat. I can't imanage doing this in the summer with all the PWCs and boats around. I'll let ya all know how I do if I do anything at all. The last 2 trips to Deer Creek have left me with an empty creel.

Since I went back to work (dirty word) it seems I don't have time for the board like I use too. I still lurke and read a few post weekly but haven't taken the time to post back. But now I think things are settling in and I will have more time for myself. Ha I almost believe that too!
