whats the best stuff for makin dough balls.... iev never used them most carp i catch are an accident...

just take some white bread no crust feed that to the ducks anywho drip a little spit on it and roll a little practic and you will get it to stick together hint...to dry and it won't roll together to wet and it turns to mush

Here are a few links for doughball recipes. Carp anglers can get real fussy about their baits kind of like southern catfishermen. It sounds like carp like strawberry soda. I've used basic doughs sweetened with honey.

[font "Arial"][size 2]White bread with no crust works great but its hard to keep in on the hook very long. I have used uncooked bread dough, the rhodes roll stuff. It works way better propable be cause it stay's on the hook a long time. Have used it on the Jordan to catch a bunch of carp.[/size][/font]
