I really prefer a 1" white twister tail on a small jig head. i use them for trout bass sunnys almost everything. If i had to pick though i would pickl floaters, nothing beats a 2lb. bass hitting a popper

How do you pickl floaters? Hehe. j/k.
I've had my best luck with Blue Fox Vibrax type in-line spinners but caught my largest bass with a weedless popper-frog thrown on top of the pads.

The scents that I use the most if I am going artificial would be the Crave brand as well as the Pro Cure. I like the crave better in the saltwater and the Procure makes a good salt and fresh water formula.
I use several different flavors. For fresh water I will use a blended sauce that they have. It is made with shad, crawdad, nightcrawler, and a few other oils in it.
