Hey All,

Just checked proc and it is open April 1st. (Don't want anyone to get a ticket or worse).

Little Dell Reservoir (Salt Lake County)

Artificial Flies and Lures Only
CATCH & RELEASE ONLY
Fishing from a boat with a motor is unlawful.

Note: Little Dell Reservoir is managed by the Salt Lake Public Utilities Department. Access to Little Dell Reservoir is CLOSED November 1 through March 31. Access is open during daylight hours only from April 1 through October 31.

I will be there on the 1st so you all are welcome to come on the 2nd if you want. HAHAHAHA! I drive home by there every night form Park City so If the fishing is good you'll see me there quite often.

Dan, sorry if I gave the wrong information. Where is it listed?. I'm looking at the printed proclamation in front of me right now. Under the special regs section under Little Dell Reservoir, all it says is artificials only, closed to the possession of cutts and all cutts must be released. I double checked and it's the 2004 edition. Where did I miss it. Was there a revised edition or amendment?.

I checked the online version on the DWR websit that I suppose has been updated maybe? I dunno on that one cause the section your looking at is exactly the section I looked at online.

Things that make you go HHHMMMMM.

Hmmmm,

Seems like someone could get a free pass from a judge on that one. Printed evidence. Oh well, too far for me anyway.

Just make sure you don't confuse Mountain Dell reservoir with Little Dell Reservoir. Last fall I talked with a DWR law enforcement officer who said he was constantly writing tickets to people illegally fishing Mountain Dell.
