Well, the sun came out so I figured why not?! <br>Glad I did.<br>I trolled along the west dike, the water temp was 56 degrees when I got there and warmed to 58 by the time I left. The barometric pressure may have shut off the wipers because I didnt catch any of them. But the walleye were biting. I trolled at 1.4 miles per hour with crankbaits in 16 feet of water and the walleye were hanging on the north side of small bumps just off the bottom. Fast trolling cranks after the spawn worked for me last year as well. I tried the south side as well with no luck. Wound up with three average walleye all on the west side. With the water temp being good all we should need is a couple days of stable conditions and things should be dynamite out there.<br><br>UNICORN CATCHER
