I am going to go to scofield sunday morning has anyone been there recently? I am going to be fishing from shore.I have not fished it in 4 years and that was froma boat. Are there any good spots to fish from the shore and any specific methods to use ? Any advice would be greatly appreciated ! Me and my daughter need to get out of our fishing slump! [pirate] Hopefully we can break the slump at scofield. [Wink]

I caught some sort of baitfish today while I was there and got skunked in the lake for trout but if you fish the river below the lake....IT IS RED HOT RIGHT NOW!!! did I mention that the fishing was RED HOT in the middle of several snow storms this afternoon?? I hope you have an awesome trip but don't rule out the river if the lake doesn't produce.....
