Woodruff and Birch Cr.

Does any one know if the road through Ogden canyon to Woodruff open yet? And if so, or if anyone has gone around to the other side of the mountains how is the fishing in Woodruff or Birch creek? Thanks [].

THE ROAD OVER MONTE IS STILL CLOSED THEY USALLY OPENIT MEMORIAL WEEKEND. THE FISHING IS VERY SLOW AT WOODRUFF

The road to Birch Creek is about 1 1/2 miles of dirt. If it looks muddy when you turn off the highway-I wouldn't risk it.

The road inyo Woodruff is alot longer and harder than the one to Birch creek. I think I would wait awhile longer to try to get in there.Birch creek would be easier to get into and I have seen some big trout come out of there this time of year.
