I was at Yuba Wednesday, actual I was about 1/2 mile below the outlet of Yuba on the Sevier River measuring the discharge from Yuba which was 196cfs. Yuba is about half full. The State has a dock out for lunching boat out. And the park attends are ready to receive visitors and gearing up for the summer. After I made my measurement I went to the outlet to see if any thing the pool. Man I have never see so many carp swimming in one place. They where swimming in a pattern along the edge of the pool in a clockwise direction. Many of the carp had roughed up side which leads me to believe that they came through the outlet pipe.
