DOES IT START THAT NIGHT FOR A PERIOD OF TIME, OR IS IT A ONE NIGHTER? I GOTO THE DWR WILLOW POND CLASS FOR KIDS EVERY TUESDAY....6PM TO 8PM. WHAT IS THE DEAL WITH THIS ONE...KIDS, ADULTS, JUST FISHING FOR A DAY....??

That's an excellent question, and I am not sure. I will contact Andrew Cushing with the DWR and ask him. He is the one in charge of this.
