I hear the cats are going crazy in the Red River. Anybody been out that way?
I'll be heading out to Coon Rapids Dam in the next couple days going for some cats. Heard there's smaller (2-6 pounders) cats being caught just below the dam. I wonder if there's any above the dam. Also gonna try to get them carp while I'm there.
