Ok, had to cut my weekend short. I got my drivers licence friday(YaHoo!) so getting to Pelican at a decent hour was imposible. So bright and early on Saturday I got out to Brough with my parents and brothers. Fishing was SLOW! My dad got 2 on a copper Panther Martin, my little brother 1 on a silver Panther Martin. I had to break out the toon and go deep for my fish. Finally got into them with a black maraboo jig. Managed 8 fish, all rainbows. Biggest was about 19 1/2", smallest a whoping 6". Smallest fish I've ever got from there! Left around noon to try Bullock for a muskie. Got there, and found a farm pond choked with weeds. I wanted to fish still, so we put a worm under a bubble and casted out. Now I can see why they put muskies in there. More little 5" Green sunfish than I'd ever seen anywhere ealse. Even though the wind was blowing a good 20MPH, we still got 50 of the little guys. I even had one take my spinner bait I was using for bass. Came back towards SLC, and found muddy rivers. So, I didn't fish again. All in all a good Sunday on the water.
