Red Fleet Question

I have heard that Red Fleet has some big bass. I looked on the utah fishing hole site but did not find it. My question is where is it located, and what are the camping facilities like there? Do you need a boat or can you use a raft or fish from shore?

I haven't been there in a few years, but I did get a report from a co-worker last week that her son had pulled a monster Smallie out of there. She said that it was close to the state record. I'm still waiting to see the pictures.
