Pineview 7/21

Decided to go up to Pineview today and clean old fishing line off the bottom of the lake! In between managed to catch 6 Tigers and around 20 smallies. All fish were caught trolling perch and bass pettern crankbaits. The largest Tiger was 37" all the rest were about 30". Nothing to really brag about.Were did all the big fish go? I fished from 12:30 to 8:00.Most of the action was up in the middle fork. Try again Friday faor some bigger ones.

Thanks for the report. That confirms an idea I had about the smallmouth movements from last week. Saves me from having to confirm my suspicions.

How deep to you fish? Do you use just mono and a lure or down riggers to stay at a certain depth? Thanks!
