2nd trip 1st with rod rack.
#1
I still have to adjust my ropes some, but here is a pic of my rod rack. I also have a pic of my first bass with the new setup. He was a little over 3 lbs. I missed one about the same size due to drag not being set. The one in the picture had a pinture from a crawdad leaving his A$&. It was as big as my thumb. Must of had a time passing that one. LOL

Thanks everyone.

Yes I have been looking at sonars. The Beracuda 168 sells for $89 at BPS in OKC. It will most likely be an after Christmas deal, so I have time to get it if it comes on sale before then.

The next thing might be a rigid apron. Problem is I might not have enough room to fish effiecintly with it. I will need something to accurately measure my fish with though. I thought about mounting a holster on the extra bit of wood on the rod rack to hold a ruler with. There was no way the ruler on the apron was going to work. LOL

Hey there Parsealth,

Here's a design (see attachment) I did some time ago for a solid apron with flipup sides for the flyfisher or to keep stuff from falling off your apron into the water, etc.
