My wife told me to go fishing Friday, and, not liking to argue with her, I went to Lost Creek.
I got there around 11:00 and fished till about 4. I had good luck all over the lake with a rainbow rooster tail spinner tipped with a chunk o crawler. I estimate that I caught between 20 and 30, mostly 12"s or so, with a few bigger and a few smaller.
Launching conditions are not good. If you can't carry it, you probably can't launch it, but I guess anything's possible if you're desparate and ingenious enough. It looks to me like the water level is about 50 vertical feet from full. It appears to have dropped about 10 feet in the last month.
