Recipe Type Salmon/Steelhead [center][/center] [center]Ingredient [/center] [center]1 1T. Ketchup [/center] [center]2 1T. Vinegar [/center] [center]3 1tsp. veg. oil [url "http://www.fishusa.com/FishSalmonRiver"][/url]

Preparation Instructions: Soak Salmon overnight in 1-cup kosher salt per gallon of water. Rinse and pat dry, then cut Salmon into thin strips. Pack into wide mouth pint jars to which the above ingredients have been added. Cook in a Pressure Canner at a pressure of 10 lbs for 90 minutes.
