Baja Shrimp Salad

Prep: 15 min, plus chilling time. [ul] [li]1 lb. cooked shrimp, thawed and drained [li]1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced [li]12 radishes, thinly sliced [li]4 scallions, sliced [li]1/2 cup white wine vinegar [li]1 Tbs. sugar[/li][/ul]
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Chill.
