Prep: 10 min, plus chilling time. [ul] [li]1/4 lb. canned salmon, drained [li]1/2 cup sour cream [li]2 Tbs. ripe olives, finely chopped [li]1-1/2 Tbs. green onions, finey chopped [li]1 Tbs. parsley, chopped [li]1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice [li]1/2 tsp. lemon zest[/li][/ul]
