Spinach Salad

Prep: 10 min. [ul] [li]1-1/3 cups spinach leaves, washed and torn into pieces, tough stems discarded [li]1-1/3 cups red leaf lettuce, torn into pieces [li]1-1/4 tomatoes, cut into wedges [li]3/4 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced [li]3/4 red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced [li]3 ounces pitted black olives, thinly sliced [li]3 ounces feta cheese, crumbled [li]1/3 cup fat-free Italian dressing[/li][/ul]
Combine first 7 ingredients in a salad bowl and toss. Pour dressing over salad just before serving. Season with salt and pepper to taste and toss.
