Marvelous Magnificent Ice Fishing Machiens
#1
well the frost is in the air. the leaves are changing colors.
tis a sure tell tail sign that ice will soon be upon the lakes.
all last winter while sitting on the ice we thought of those things that would make our fishing trips so much better if they existed.
so has any one thought any more about them ideas?
has any one build that tool to aid in ice fishing?
is any one still looking for that item they wished they would have had last season?
Post em here, so we can get our season open with out a hitch, that is unless your item needs a hitch....[laugh]

I plan on making a new sled. Lighten it up because I have so much gear it's getting to heavy to pull when I can't use the ATV. When you take a lady with you I have to also always take the portable shanty. If not for anything else it is her outhouse. I can kneal down an pee in a can next to the sled, but that is not an option for the ladies. I would really like a two person Clam or the like. I could get my gear in the bottom and have seating as well, but with the garage project this year money won't streach that far.

Well I said i wasnt going to buy anything other than bait this year, now I went and made a lier out of my self.

I saw this little combo and could not walk past. it is a rod reel and stand setup. the rod is offset, meaning the handle that holds the rod has a drop in it where it holds the rod. I plan on settin this little black cutie up with one pound test. I emagine I will be pullin them gills up one on top the other this winter... I cirtainly hope so, I did vary little gill fishing this past summer so my freezer is running low....
