Middle Provo question

The weekly DWR fishing report for the Provo river states (in part)
"Between Charleston Bridge and the Legacy Bridge (near Midway) the use of bait is allowed, and a standard limit of four trout (any trout species and any size)".

Where is the Legacy Bridge? I can't find it on my maps.

I'm not too sure on that one myself. It would be good to give DWR a call. I'm interested to know

100 S. in Heber goes west to Midway. Right next to the bridge where this road crosses the river is a pedestrian bridge--the Legacy Bridge. The water treatment plant is right there also.
