Yes, the election is over, and what a great outcome! Republicans gained seats in the Senate and House, and best of all we have four more years of Mr. Bush!

Awesome!

It felt good to vote yesterday and be part of our wonderful democratic process! I'm very happy right now knowing that George W. Bush will be my president for the next four years.

Yuck!! Four more years of enormous deficits, job losses, and failed foreign policy??

I hope the country can survive it. At least Colorado sent Ken Salazar to the Senate instead of Pete Coors.

I personally didn't like either Bush or Kerry. But I doubt that your fears would have been changed if Kerry won. Al

I'm glad it's over too and that there's a clear winner. I don't care for either Kerry or Bush much, however, one of them got my vote on Tuesday. I think the public gets the shaft either way. Looks like it will be slanted to the right instead of the left as it gets rammed home over the next four years.

I AM KEEPING MY EYE ON THE STOCK MARKET LETS SEE HOW LOW IT WILL GO! IF YOU REMEMBER THE LOWEST POINT THE STOCK MARKET HIT WAS DURING MR REAGANS 2ND TERM OH AND UNEMPLOYMENT WAS AT IT'S HIGHEST ALSO. I HOPE WE DON'T GET A REPEAT. OH DID YOU HEAR HALABERTIAN IS OUT SOURCING JOBS IN IRAQ TO INDIA INSTEAD OF HIRING IRAQ'S TO HELP WITH THERE OWN COUNTRY. ANYTHING TO SAVE A BUCK I GUESS...
HOPE OUR NATION CAN AFFORD THIS WAR... OUR KIDS WILL KNOW IF WE CAN OR NOT.

The Dow, NASDAQ, and S&P among others certainly surged today after Wall Street heard that Bush won. One news story said that there were cheers from the traders on the NYSE floor. Read the news reports under Business News on nearly any main Internet news site. Traders favor Bush for several reasons.

Mike I'd have to disagree with you on the stock market. Didn't the stock market crash in the 30s and cause the Great Depression? Surely it was lower then than during Reagan's administration.

I'm puzzled Mike. The statement you made about being very busy at work? You've been here close to two years and I'm still trying to figure out what it is you actually do? Al
