Mill meadow
#1

I met up with pikeman and his boy bennie, on this nice cold and snowy morning. First stop to see the trout boil

That was cool, who knew that trout in a tank would go so wild for fritos?[sly]

Next stop: one of the thousand mountain lakes

Before i could even get my swivel tied on bennie had this nice little tiger hooked, so i am thinking alright the tiger action is going to be great, shows me what i get for thinking, nothing else for an hour then i landed a monster splake 8" long and about as big around as a quarter, he went back in the water quick.

So on to the next stop mill meadow rez, Fishing wasnt fast im told but we all managed to limit out in about an hour and a half on 12-15" 'bows that were nice and fat. I about lost my pole though, i had just cast it out, walked back to the truck and started to BS when i looked over and it was almost in the water, but whatever it was got off.

So it was a good day, cold and snowy but very little wind.
