Mud Creek Ice/Currant Creek?

I saw a post the other day somebody fished Mud Creek, but didn't leave any details. Anyone else been up there or heard ice thickness, water height, etc?

Also, any news on Currant Creek?

f4f we were at Strawberry on Sat the 4th and we indeed saw an ice tent on mud creek. I don't know the thickness but we were trolling about a hundred yards away from them, NUTS, if you ask me. "FISH ON!"

Starvin - What's the overall water depth of Mud Creek compared to the past few years?

Looks pretty low although I'm not to familliar with the water levels the past couple of years, but it looks like quite a walk to even get to the lake. "FISH ON!"

There was a good 3 inches in mud creek on Saturday, probably even more by now. We only fished in about 15 feet of water, fairly shallow but it still held plenty of fish.

Mud Creek has a good 6-8" of ice. The main body of water is still open though. The water is down, the deepest we found was 14 feet, and the deepest we heard anyone talk about was 20 feet. Pretty slow day for us.
