This is the story that was sent to me with the pictures:

This crocodile was on the beach in front of the Petroleum club,

Plage Sportive

In Pointe Noire. 21 FT long, 4,500 lbs, around 80 years old

minimum.

Specialists said that he was looking to eat humans because he was

too old to catch animals. For the past few months in some villages

close to Pointe Noire people were complaining that some people in their

villages have been disappearing, could be this crocodile. This crocodile

was killed by the army last Sunday at 3:00 pm, currently he is in the

freezer at the Azur hotel.

I recall a few years ago in India people in a small village thought Tigers were eating herdsmen and cattle. It turned out to be a crocodile.

[cool]21 ft. long-that is crazy!!! What a monster is right!! When I was on my mission in Texas this lady took us to a seafood/cajun type restaurant in Dallas called "Papado's" and we had gator for orderves (sp?). We must not have had the tail section, because as I remember it, it was the fishiest tasting fish I've ever had. I mean this was really nasty, and take it from me-I eat almost anything! THere's hardly any food that I don't like, and I didn't really care for it much! My main course was terrific though, even though I don't remember what it was, it was very good. That was a cool restaurant!

I saw a documentary about this very same animal (it's a Crocodile by the way). It was eating everything it could catch, including humans. It was not to old to catch other animals. In fact they said it killed an adult Hippo which is very rare for a Crocodile. Anyway these scientists were trying to catch it before it got killed but they obviously failed.

About a week before I received the E mail about this monster, I saw a documentary about a prehistoric crocodile, they called it supper croc. They claimed they were 25ft long and longer, this one sure is approaching that size. The biggest croc I had heard about before this one was only 18ft, I had no idea they could get this big.
