Magic Reservior

Spent time today at Magic Reservior. The ice is about 12 inches thick. Very few perch were caught. Talked to the fish and game officer and he said that they stocked the reservior with about 6000 12-16 inch rainbow trout. We caught plenty of fish. He also said that the numbers of perch has been diminishing because of the drought that has persisted over the last seven years. five of us only caught five perch all day. Plan on checking Palaes and Ririe reservior tomorrow the 29th.
