How is the access to the lake? Meaning getting down to it, etc? Any places to haul all the gear on the sled or walking down the rocks only, etc?
Anyone else interested in going?

If you park in the parking lot on the West side of the dam and walk down from there(follow the well worn path), you won't have a problem. It's a little steep but no rocks to crawl over. If you have a 4x4 you could go to the back by the boat ramp its not steep there but be very careful, I would take chains and a shovel, just in case. You won't have a problem to the top of the dam, they are plowing the road to there. WH2

Awesome and thanks. I think I'll just hit the dam, I have a 4x4, but not in the mood to worry about chains or getting stuck. I know it's a little steep, but as long as a good path exists with no rocks... that's cool. Just wanted to take all the "warm" gear since the kiddos are tagging along.
Anyone else interested in tagging along they are welcome to do so, leaving for the lake from Ogden about 7 a.m.
