Urban Lakes - Syracuse

Does anyone know anything about the fishing lakes they are building in Syracuse? It looks quite nice. My buddy was talking to the mayor of Syracuse and it sounds like they are really trying to do it right. I'd be interested if any of you have heard anyhting.

I've seen all that work they are doing down there, and I had no idea that is what it was for! I wondered if it was just going to be some fancy holding pond for secondary water. Good to know.
