hey does anyone know what the water temperature at pineview is as i'm wanting to go and try to catch some crappie this year when the water temp. gets up. thanks trfishin

A friend that lives up there said he saw a boat on the water this past weekend but I have no first hand info on water temps. In years past we have tried to catch crappie this early but I think the temps were too low, usually around the low to mid forties. It might be different this year with all the warm temps we've had. I'm sure someone will make a trip up there soon and give you some up to date info. I hope the crappie catching will be better this year than it's been for a number of years, let us know how you do if you make it up there. WH2
